Is the ride from IAH a long one? Longer than an airport-hotel hop, yes. The Woodlands is a planned community north of Houston, and the Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center is on the Waterway. Traffic on the route changes with the hour and the day, so we avoid quoting a single drive time; if your schedule is tight, tell us what you have to attend and when, and plan the pickup with that in view. Send the airline and flight number, the passenger name, a mobile number and the date and time you want to head back to IAH, along with the name of the hotel and any meeting you must reach straight from the car. If you are attending a convention or conference, add the event name and dates. With the flight number we follow your arrival, and the meet and greet at baggage claim starts the long drive north from a known place. The hotel stands on the Waterway, and the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, the concert amphitheater at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive, is close by. The Pavilion's own directions list a drop-off and pick-up point at that address. If you hold concert tickets, tell us the show date and start time when you book so we can think through your ride with the show in mind.
