Send us your flight number, your arrival date and the name of the hotel when you book, and let us know if your plans depend on a particular meeting time on the first morning. For one person, a sedan such as a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or BMW 5 Series is the usual choice. The departure leg deserves the same attention as the arrival. Work out when your flight leaves, when the last session ends and when you want to be out of the building, then share those times with us instead of leaving them open. Two people and one free evening If you are traveling as a couple and have tacked a few days onto the event, your evenings are the interesting part. A car becomes useful when the plan leaves that cluster: dinner in another neighborhood, a show elsewhere in the city, a morning at a museum. When an evening has a reservation and a performance with a gap between them, hourly service lets you set the order as you go. Think about the end of the night too. Tell us roughly when you expect to finish so the return pickup can be worked out in advance. Colleagues, relatives or a wedding party A group is where small details add up. People often land on different flights, carry different amounts of luggage and want to be at different places by different times. Give each person's arrival and each departure its own booking, keyed to that traveler's flight, and mention any large or unusual luggage.
