Jones Hall hosts the symphony, the Alley Theatre is a resident stage company, the Hobby Center brings Broadway tours, and the Wortham Theater Center is the home of opera and ballet. Streets nearby tend to be busy as audiences arrive, so name the venue and the curtain time and check your ticket for which entrance it points to. Whether you walk from Texas Avenue or ride is your call; a booked ride simply removes the question for anyone in dress shoes. Theater groups rarely arrive from one place.
