Which parts of a Whitehall stay call for a ride? That depends on the schedule. Brown Convention Center, a dinner elsewhere downtown, or the airport. List the places you expect to go and the times you need to be at each, and the answer is usually clear. Two or three outings across a stay can each be a separate ride, while a day packed with appointments may suit a block of hours better. How long a block of hours do I need? Count the stops, not the clock. A single appointment is a ride out and a ride back. A morning of three meetings, a lunch and a late-afternoon flight is a different shape, and hourly as-directed service lets a chauffeur stay with you for an agreed block of time. Book every arrival separately, using the flight that guest is actually on. A guest coming in from Hobby Airport is simply another reservation beside someone landing at IAH. We are an independent chauffeur company and are not part of the hotel's events team, so the organizer books with us directly. The Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown and the JW Marriott Houston Downtown are other downtown hotels we serve, and a guest lodging at either is booked the same way. When should I sort out the last day? Departures follow the same logic: each guest's ride to the airport is its own reservation, matched to that person's flight. Send each flight through online booking as the tickets are booked, rather than saving them for checkout morning. If a guest has a morning commitment before the flight, mention it, since that changes when they need to leave the hotel.
