Name the building, the clinic or the department, not just the institution. Campuses of this size have several entrances on different streets, and the clinic can tell you which one it prefers. The time you have been asked to arrive. Check-in often comes before the appointment itself, so give us the arrival time the clinic stated. A phone that works while you walk. A mobile number you can answer between buildings helps us reach you if plans move. An open-ended finish. Visits can run longer than scheduled. If you do not know when you will be done, say so; hourly service can suit that better than a fixed return time. Mobility needs. Mention a wheelchair, walker or cane when you book, and say whether it folds. Visiting hours.
